The acquisition, finalized on January 23, 2023, is part of Caseproof’s strategy to broaden its scope and serve a larger market with powerful revenue-generating tools for WordPress.

MemberPress and MemberMouse will continue to operate as separate products, catering to distinct market segments. While MemberPress is designed for online creators and entrepreneurs, MemberMouse focuses on large-scale membership functionality for businesses ranging from small to enterprise.
